From our moorings there are two routes; north or south.
A week's cruise northwards may take in the towns of Berkhamsted and Leighton Buzzard, the Tring Summit and Marsworth flight of locks, as well as the town of Milton Keynes. You can get as far as the famous Waterways Museum at Stoke Bruerne; if you don't stop for other attractions on the way!
Southbound can take in the beauties of Hunton Bridge Locks and Cassiobury Park, Rickmansworth and Uxbridge. Turn off at Bulls Bridge on to the Paddington Arm and savour the delights of Little Venice, the Maida Vale Tunnel, Camden Lock and Regents Park, together with London Zoo. You can also visit the London Canal Museum, with the History of Ice cream displayed as well.
Either direction there are shops and places of recreation, swimming pools, cinemas, etc. Check out for activities along the routes from our links page. You will also find various guides on board to navigate your way.
Our aim is to make your waterways experience as enjoyable as possible in whichever direction you choose to go. If you choose to make use of the wide beam boats why not make use of our team's knowledge to advise on the whereabouts of shops and places of recreation, swimming pools, cinemas, etc.
