Just Giving also handles all the Gift Aid niceties, so all you need to do is tick the box and they'll do the rest!

Donating by Direct Debit

We really appreciate any donation you are able to make, although if you are able to sign up to a monthly direct debit, this will dramatically increase the number of children, young people and adults ReachOut Plus are able to support each year.

How your gift can make a difference

• £6,000 runs the whole charity for one week
• £1,000 meets the non-staff costs of a canal-boat for a month
• £750 buys a weekend for 25 young people at our youth outreach centre
• £200 pays for a disabled young person to experience the Grand Union Canal on our fully accessible residential boats for three days
• £100 heats the youth outreach centre for a week
• £10 provides fuel for a canal-boat for a day
• 1p - every penny really does make a difference

If you have any ideas for local fundraising or know of anyone who would be interested in helping us with our fundraising activities, again we would love to hear from you. We are also grateful to the many individuals who support the project by making a donation, many gift aided.

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can increase the value of your donations to ReachOut Plus by 28% at no cost to yourself. By simply making a Gift Aid Declaration, ReachOut Plus can reclaim the basic rate of tax that you have already paid on any donations, even those made up to six years ago.

You can make a Gift Aid Declaration in the following ways:

• By phone - call us on 0845 216 0085 and we can take your declaration over the phone. You will then receive a written confirmation from us a couple of days later.
• Email - download the donation form, complete the gift aid section and email it to us at: alison.waller@reachoutplus.org
• Post – download the donation form and once you have completed the gift aid section, send it to the following address: ReachOut Plus Suite 3, City Gate, 17 Victoria Street, St Albans AL1 3JJ.
