A big thank you to all our customers who visited the canal boats in Hemel Hempstead and the Chellington Youth Residential Centre in 2010. We are hugely grateful to our volunteers and staff for the many wonderful experiences
you made happen for able-bodied and less able alike.

30th Anniversary Year

From 1st July 2011 to 30th June 2012 we will celebrate our 30th Anniversary. As part of a range of events and celbrations coming up we will be seeking to raise £250,000 - most of which will purchase a new 50 passenger canal boat to hugely extend the range of support we can offer on our Waterways programme. Please ring us for details of how you can help!!

The year ahead will see an enticing mix of enhanced facilities and new programmes and services at ReachOut Plus. For 2011 our boats have been overhauled and we are looking forward to opening our Education and Visitor Centre at our new boat base giving better access and increased educational opportunities. We're also very excited about working with schools to befriend those less able in our new Circles of Support project and bringing even more inner city school children out into the countryside through our London and Urban Schools Programme.

For those who want to support our mission to change lives, there's lots of fun to be had in our diary of fundraising events. From abseils and parachuting, to the London 10k, and our golf day it'll be once again a blast of a year!
