Sky Diving 10,000 FT 3 ways to jump...

Are you an adrenaline junkie? Would you like to take part in the adventure of a lifetime?
'WANTED! Adventurous people throughout the UK to do something like this!'
We are looking for people from all over the country to throw caution to the wind and jump out of an aeroplane at 10,000ft.
By taking part in a skydive for ReachOut Plus, you will not only be completing a personal challenge and adventure, you will also be raising vital funds for ReachOut Plus in sponsorship and in return, you can jump for FREE!
All you need to do is choose which jump you would like to participate in: A tandem; a static line square; or a accelerated free fall!

Sponsored Swim
Date: Sunday 18th April, 12 noon.
Location: St Albans High School Townsend Avenue, St Albans, AL1 3SJ OR at a pool of your choice

Make a splash with our challenge for all ages:
'Swim the Channel Challenge!'
Please dont fret we will not expect you to take a dip in the icy channel!
Infact we have booked a fantastic swimming pool for the event. All you need to do is swim as many lengths as you can and get sponsored per length.
After your swim their will be snacks, refreshments, face painting etc.
If you can't make this day, why don't you do your lengths at your local pool in your own time? Either way you will need a registration pack so please fill out the event enquiry form or call us on 08452160085!
Challenge 50 - Huge Song Sing-In!

(date and times are the choice of each church that wishes to take part)

Sponsorship target: £50.
'Sing 50 songs, hymns, psalms or verses non-stop, in one hit!'
We hope that at least 50 churches will join in Reach Out's huge song sing-in!
As well as getting sponsored for your singing non stop, there is a lovely way to make the event more personal to your parishioners by encouraging them to sponsor songs that are special to them. Singers can be sponsored per song or per verse. You can use as many different books as you like, you can have a mix of the old and the new. Please register for your fundraising pack today!
Super Heroes 5k
Date: Sunday 13th June, Location: Regents Park
Cost: There is no registartion fee, however a refundable deposit of £30 is needed to secure your place.
Sponsorship target: £100

There are some things you thought you would never say or see. All that will change when you join the Super Heroes 5k London Run!
Register now for a charity run with a difference. This fantastic race gets your creative juices flowing as you transform into your very own super hero for the day! 5K? It will be a breeze for a super hero like you. So join the RoP super hero team and “Ka Pow” your way to that finish line and your fundraising total!

British 10k London Race

'The nation's favourite London 10K road race!'
You will be running through the heart of historic London, passing many of London's world famous and iconic sights. These include Wellington Arch at Hyde Park Corner, St. James's Palace, Trafalgar Square, the magnificent St. Paul's Cathedral, the unique London Eye, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and historic Westminster Abbey.
18 free spaces are available to RoP supporters.

Half Term Boat Trips will be available on our delightful canal boats Narrow Escape, Sheldrake and Close Shave.

RoP seeks chocoholic kids for a waterways Easter adventure!
Kids Easter Egg Hunt Boat Trips on our delightful canal boats Narrow Escape, Sheldrake and Close Shave.
You and your children can spot the wildlife, have a go at steering the boats, operating the locks and go hunting for easter eggs that have been accidently dropped by the Hertfordshire Easter Bunny!

Bar 62 - Quiz Night!

Our friends at Bar 62, have agreed to support Reach Out Plus throughout this year! They will be hosting charity quiz nights for us. These will take place on the last sunday of every other month starting on April 25th. Its local its fun its a great night out! Just turn up on the night with your team of friends and family. If you would like to join the RoP staff team just let us know!

The police are closing in on a team of suspected criminals currently targeting Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
These illusive criminal masterminds are disguised as respectable high fliers from our communities.
Once caught they face an indefinite jail sentence, unless they can raise £500 each in bail for ReachOut Plus.
Insiders say these criminals will do anything to get that Bail money raised if they get caught.

This intense, competitive and hilarious charity event has you taking on teams from all over the country! We guarantee lots of mud and lots of fun as you and your colleagues/friends strive to complete this crazy course of physical and mental challenges.

London to Paris Cycle Ride

‘When was the last time you did something incredible for the first time?’
This long weekend challenge links two great European cities, London and Paris, covering around 300km in just 3 days.
Encounter historic towns, sleepy villages and rolling countryside en-route. Cycle along wide Parisian boulevards to the finishing line at the city’s most famous landmark, the Eiffel Tower.
